Registered Nurse: (Full Time, Part Time and PRN)
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience: Prior clinical experience and recent psychiatric nursing
License/Certification: Current RN licensure in the State of Texas,current CPR
Skills: Good coomunication skills. Ability to present information and ideas

essential to nursing duties and must maintain effective working

relationships interdepartmentally, intradepartmentally and with Medical

staff. Must understand advanced nursing theory and practice.
Physical Requirements: Work can be both physically and mentally challenging.




Must be able to meet the physical demands of lifting
Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN




provides physical assessments of patients, implements




patient's treatment plan, evaluates responses to




treatment, provides complete documentation, administers,




medications as prescribed and provides health care




education for patients and families. The RN is the shift




supervisor of the Mental Health Techs, Psych Techs, and




LVN staff, and assures that all patients are maintained in
Mental Health Technician ( Full Time, Part Time and PRN)
Education: High School graduate or equivalent required,some college preferred.
Experience: One year experience working with children and/or adolescents is

preferred.
License/Certification: Valid Class C Texas Driver's License with a good driving
Skills: Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, stable
emotional make-up, ability to work under stress. Professional conduct,
honoring boundaries, setting limits and maintaining confidentiality are a
must.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to meet physical demands of lifting and



moving over 50 lbs., walking and standing for long periods



of time, running for short periods of time.
